We appreciated all of the help that you gave us before the trip , and the fact that you answered questions not related to Jerusalem at all that was extremely helpful in our planning in general. We also really appreciated your flexibility. When we could see that the kids were maxed out when we entered the Four Synagogues you easily changed the itinerary without making us feel badly. From a knowledge perspective it seemed like you knew it all and were able to relay the information to everyone in the family and you made each question seem just as important as the next.
