I had the pleasure of touring the Old City and the Ancient City of Jerusalem with Shira in March 2018. I went into the tour knowing next to nothing about the history and significance of the cities but came away with a deep understanding of how they came to be the cultural and religious landmarks they are today.
Shira has an encyclopedic knowledge of the history of the Old City, but presents the information in a way that is easily digestible for any audience. She tailored the tour to fit our interests and time constraints. She is energetic, enthusiastic and funny but still made sure that we were hydrated, fed and prepared for every leg of the tour.
